Cannot share many pictures today to protect the wonderful K-6 students I met. I learned about pollinators and how Disney princesses have evolved over time to reflect women’s evolving roles in society. 120 students + 6 teachers making a difference using PBL, technology, and inquiry learning. Also, kids (and adults) are still impressed I can solve a Rubik’s cube relatively quickly
Educator Reflection: What stood out to me was how naturally inquiry, projects, and student interests were incorporated into the school day. I was reminded that meaningful learning does not always require complicated technology; engagement can come from giving students something authentic to investigate and opportunities to share what they know. It reinforced my belief that students learn deeply when they are active participants rather than simply receiving information.
