Learning from others is a gift. Passing along that gift will be my challenge. I will take what I have learned and pay it forward. My Uruguay Fulbright adventure has been an amazing experience because of the people who made it possible. Muchas gracias. Para siempre.
Educator Reflection: I returned home with fewer simple answers and better questions. The experience strengthened my belief that global education is not an extra unit or something that requires international travel. It is a way of helping students investigate the world, recognize perspectives, make connections, and understand their own place within larger systems. My challenge now is to carry what I learned into my classroom, share it with other educators, and continue creating opportunities for students to look beyond their immediate experience.
